101 Key Mortier Organ Built 1931

We have for sale on behalf of one of our clients this 1931 Mortier dance organ.
The organ number 1041, was originally built for August Van de Mooter in Boom, Belgium.
In 1936 the organ had an accordion added by Gebr. Decap Antwerpen, being sold in the 1960s to Oscar Grymonprez and son who rebuilt it and fitted it with a front from a 105 key electronic dance organ to make it look more modern.
In the winter of 1974 it was sold in to England to the collection of Charles Hart of St. Albans. Then in the 1980s it was puchased by Richard Haines and he installed it in his North Devon tourist attraction to provide music for his fountain show, where it has worked ever since.
The organ is now being offered for sale and is a unique opportunity for any perspective purchaser who wishes to own a large Mortier dance organ.
The organ does play but is in need of a major overhaul / rebuild.
